الشروط المطلوبة

بكالوريوس هندسة كهرباء أو هندسة إنارة، خبرة 2-5 سنوات، إتقان DIALux Evo و Relux و AutoCAD

We are hiring : Technical Support Engineer _ this position will be reporting to the Sales Manager

Company: Al Mahwar for General Trading

Location: Baghdad, Iraq

Qualifications:

1 - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Engineering, or a related engineering field.

2 - 2–5 years of experience in lighting design, lighting sales support, or electrical engineering

3 - Proficiency in DIALux Evo and/or Relux, with good knowledge of AutoCAD

4 - Strong understanding of LED technology, lighting standards, and electrical/architectural drawings

5 - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

1 - Prepare lighting designs, calculations, and layouts using DIALux Evo, Relux, and AutoCAD

2 - Review project specifications and recommend suitable lighting solutions that meet technical and commercial requirements.

3 - Provide technical support to customers and the sales team throughout project bidding and execution

4- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure successful project delivery.

5 - Conduct site visits, prepare technical documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable lighting standards

Working Conditions:

1 - Working Days: 6 days/week

2 - Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM
