We Are Hiring | Showroom Manager

HR Standards is hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a company specialized in Interior Design, Custom Furniture, and Complete Home Solutions.

Location: Baghdad - Karadah

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Salary: IQD 1,000,000 – 1,500,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching.

• Supervise warehouse staff and organize shifts and daily tasks.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of products.

• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, and Logistics teams.

• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and warehouse procedures.

• Prepare warehouse reports and monitor operational performance.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.

• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• Good computer skills; experience with ERP/WMS systems is a plus.
