We're Hiring: Sales Operations Team | TTECH

Taqdom Al-Iraq (TTECH) is expanding its Sales Operations team to support the rollout, activation, and adoption of TTECH systems at client and end-user entities across Iraq.

Open positions

• Sales Operations Officer – Basra

• Sales Operations Officer – Najaf

• Sales Operations Officer – Karbala

• Senior Sales Operations Officer – Baghdad (Resafa)

Sales Operations Officer (Basra, Najaf, Karbala)

What you'll do:

• Coordinate client visits, onboarding sessions, system activation, and go-live activities

• Assess client readiness and deliver user training

• Follow up on adoption, and capture and escalate issues through to closure

• Maintain accurate records and prepare daily and weekly reports

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, implementation coordination, customer onboarding, field operations, or technology projects (preferred)

Senior Sales Operations Officer (Baghdad – Resafa)

In addition to the responsibilities above, you will:

• Coordinate, monitor, and follow up Sales Operations activities across the governorates, including the officers in Basra, Najaf, and Karbala

• Consolidate operational plans and reports for management

• Monitor implementation progress and track issues and escalations

• Ensure consistent execution and reporting across the governorates

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• 4+ years of relevant experience, including multi-location or team coordination

For all positions

• working English is preferred

• Strong Microsoft Office and reporting skills

• Willingness to do field work and travel

• Experience with government, enterprise, or digital transformation projects is an advantage
