Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field. Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

Job Vacancy – Operations Designer Officer

Ninety Nine Properties Development

Responsibilities:

Update and modify architectural and master plans using Photoshop.

Prepare villa layouts based on customer modification requests.

Coordinate with the Projects Department regarding design updates and customer requirements.

Monitor and support the CRM system, including reporting and following up on system issues.

Prepare clear emails, presentations, and materials related to CRM requirements and development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.

Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and ability to follow up on multiple tasks.

Previous experience in real estate or project-related work is an advantage.

📍 Location: Baghdad - Al-Mamoun  🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 📅 Working Days: 6 days per week.
