WE ARE HIRING | IT OFFICER
Almutahida Packaging Materials Industries Co. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and experienced IT Officer to join our growing team and take responsibility for supporting our IT infrastructure, systems, network, and daily technical operations.
📍 Location: Al-Hilla – Al-Mahaweel, Babylon, Iraq
💰 Salary: Starting from $900, depending on experience and qualifications
🕗 Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Saturday – Thursday
🍽️ Lunch: Provided by the company
🚌 Transportation: Company-provided transportation available
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Provide first- and second-level IT support
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, software, and IT equipment
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory & Group Policies
• Configure and troubleshoot networks, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, routers, and switches
• Manage and maintain CCTV systems
• Monitor IT assets, inventory, backups, and documentation
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Support cybersecurity and data protection practices
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers
🔹 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Networking
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Windows Server & Networking
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and IT security
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and handle technical responsibilities efficiently
