Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist | Baghdad / Al-Karkh

This opportunity is open to Iraqi nationals only.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs and publishing job descriptions to extending offers and onboarding.

Source and engage passive candidates and top-tier talent using advanced recruitment channels and professional networks (LinkedIn Recruiter).

Conduct initial and technical candidate interviews, applying appropriate assessment tools to evaluate skills and cultural fit.

Partner directly with department managers and coordinate with the HR Director to define exact job requirements and precise selection criteria.

Enhance employer branding by participating in career fairs and professional events to build a strong talent attraction reputation.

Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), generating reports and analyzing metrics like Time-to-Hire and Cost-per-Hire.

Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of communication.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Proficiency in handling Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking recruitment tools.

Strong interviewing, evaluation, and assessment skills.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English and Arabic.
