VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Hiring – Surveyor / 3 Positions

An engineering and construction company providing professional services in civil works, construction, and project management, is seeking qualified and experienced Surveyors to join our project team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Perform setting-out and surveying activities in accordance with approved drawings, coordinates, benchmarks, and project requirements.

2. Establish and maintain benchmarks, control points, grid lines, and reference points throughout the project.

3. Conduct accurate surveys for foundations, columns, steel structures, roads, drainage networks, slabs, and other construction activities.

4. Verify elevations, coordinates, levels, alignment, dimensions, and verticality of constructed elements.

5. Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and other relevant instruments.

6. Review approved IFC/shop drawings and coordinate with Site Engineers and Construction teams to ensure accurate setting-out.

7. Perform as-built surveys and prepare accurate records and drawings reflecting actual site conditions.

8. Carry out regular verification surveys to identify deviations from approved drawings and promptly report discrepancies.

9. Maintain proper survey records, including field notes, coordinates, calculations, benchmarks, inspection records, and as-built data.

10. Coordinate with Site Engineers, QC/QA, subcontractors, and Client/Consultant representatives to support inspections, approvals, and successful project execution.

🔹 Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Surveyor in construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS/GNSS equipment.

• Good understanding of construction drawings, coordinates, levels, and setting-out procedures.

• Ability to use AutoCAD and relevant surveying/software tools.

• Strong attention to accuracy, documentation, and site coordination.
