Job Vacancy – IT Support

📍 Location: Baghdad, Iraq

We are looking for an experienced IT Support professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide first- and second-level technical support to employees.

* Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, email, and system-related issues.

* Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.

* Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.

* Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Internet connectivity.

* Provide support for ERP/DMS and other business applications.

* Manage IT tickets and coordinate with software vendors.

* Support IT security, antivirus, endpoint protection, and data protection.

* Maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.

* Manage IT assets, equipment records, and software licenses.

* Support CCTV systems and physical IT infrastructure.

* Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors.
