Job Title: Training Executive - Jaguar Land Rover

Location: Baghdad - AL-Mansour - Abu Jaafar Square

Main duties & responsibilities:

The trainer is responsible for designing, planning, and delivering both technical and non-technical training programs based on identified training needs. This includes conducting engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations to enhance employees’ knowledge and skills. The role also involves evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, maintaining accurate training records, and preparing related reports. In addition, the trainer works closely with management to identify skill gaps and ensure all training activities are aligned with the organization’s goals.

Required Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience in training and delivering technical courses.

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Proficiency in MS Office and excellent presentation and communication abilities.
