Job Vacancy – Senior Electrical Engineer

Summer Hills Company is looking for a qualified Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at the American University of Baghdad Project.

Position Details:

Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

Location: Headquarters – American University of Baghdad Project

Department: Design Office / Electrical

Reports to: Design Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of complex electrical designs and engineering solutions.

Review and validate electrical drawings and technical documents.

Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and external consultants.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.

Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the Design Office Manager.

Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and project requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

6–8 years of experience in electrical engineering and design.

Proficiency in electrical design software and engineering applications.

Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
