Job Opportunity | Freelance Retail Customer Service Trainer
Darjah HR Services is looking for an experienced Freelance Trainer to deliver a Retail Customer Service Training Program on behalf of a specialized retailer of medical uniforms and supplies in Baghdad.
Location: Baghdad, Iraq
Work Type: Freelance / Project-Based
Training Format: On-site
Target Audience: 15 Sales Employees
Compensation: Fixed Fee for the Training Assignment
About the Assignment:
The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering a practical training program to improve employees' customer service and sales skills, including customer reception, understanding customer needs, product recommendations, and handling objections and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess employees' skill levels before and after the training.
- Design and deliver practical training sessions for 15 employees in two groups.
- Conduct role-play exercises and on-the-job coaching.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance.
- Conduct a follow-up session approximately 30 days after the main training.
- Prepare a final report covering results and recommendations.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in training sales or customer service staff in retail or hospitality.
- Practical experience in direct sales and customer handling.
- Experience in training assessment and performance evaluation.
- Experience in fashion, footwear, or medical retail is preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication, and practical training skills.
- Fluent Arabic; familiarity with the Iraqi dialect is preferred.
- TOT certification and good English are an advantage.
- Availability to deliver the full training assignment on-site in Baghdad.
Additional Information:
- Freelance, project-based assignment (not full-time employment).
- Fixed compensation for the complete training assignment.

- Travel expenses will be covered for candidates based outside Iraq.
