WE ARE HIRING | Schneider Systems ICSS Engineer

PowerPack Oil & Gas Services is looking for an experienced Schneider Systems ICSS Engineer to support critical automation and control systems within a major oil & gas operation.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Support maintenance and troubleshooting activities for Industrial Control and Safety Systems

✅ Review control philosophies, operating manuals, and project documentation

✅ Develop and improve control system reliability and performance

✅ Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and engineering modifications

✅ Support facility upgrades, system expansions, and turnaround activities

✅ Conduct root cause and failure analyses with technical recommendations

✅ Verify system functionality following upgrades and modifications

✅ Participate in emergency response activities and emergency drills

✅ Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safe work practices

✅ Liaise with operations, maintenance teams, and vendors to maintain system reliability

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in control systems engineering and maintenance

✔ Strong experience with Schneider Modicon PLCs, AVEVA SCADA, Foxboro DCS, and Triconex Safety Systems

✔ Expertise in troubleshooting, system configuration, programming, and upgrades

✔ Experience with Advanced Process Control, Fire & Gas Systems, and ESD Systems

✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Strong English communication skills

✔ Oil & Gas industry experience is highly desirable

✔ Iraqi Nationality
