IT Specialist

Erbil | Dlba Dairy Company

Work type: Full-time - 08:00 to 16:00

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

• Monitor and maintain the company’s network, servers, and internet connectivity.

• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.

• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.

• Ensure data protection and implement cybersecurity best practices.

• Maintain IT inventory and keep records of equipment and software licenses.

• Support employees with IT-related training and technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in IT support or system administration.

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, backups, and data recovery.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
