Medical Representative – Commission Based

Company: Kashfia

Location: Baghdad – Karkh Areas

Kashfia is looking for a Medical Representative to introduce the platform to doctors and private clinics, build professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Visit doctors, clinics, and medical centers across Karkh areas, particularly Al-Mansour, Al-Harithiya, Al-Yarmouk, and Al-Qadisiyah.

Present Kashfia’s services and explain the commercial and operational benefits of joining the platform.

Acquire, register, and activate new doctors and clinics.

Follow up with interested doctors and handle questions or objections until onboarding is completed.

Submit regular performance reports to the management team.

Requirements

Graduate of a medical or healthcare-related field.

Minimum one year of experience as a medical representative or in the healthcare market.

Existing relationships with doctors and clinics in Karkh are strongly preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve acquisition targets.

Good knowledge of Baghdad’s private medical sector.
