We’re hiring / pharmaceutical sales supervisor

A pharmaceutical scientific office is seeking motivated, results-driven Sales Supervisors for the following territories:

Northern Region — Preferably based in Mosul.

Southern Region — Preferably based in Basra.

Baghdad – Rusafa — Responsible for covering the Rusafa area.

Key Responsibilities :-

-Lead, coach, and support the medical representative team.

-Develop territory sales plans and achieve sales targets.

-Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts.

-Monitor market activity and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements :-

-Applicants must be pharmacists holding a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or a PharmD.

-Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a supervisory role.

-Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

-Good knowledge of the assigned territory.

-Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
