📍 Baghdad, Iraq

Harmonic is looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and development of our construction and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings.

* Prepare and review architectural plans, layouts, and construction documents.

* Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site engineering teams.

* Ensure designs comply with project specifications, building codes, and quality standards.

* Review drawings and resolve design-related issues during project execution.

* Monitor design progress and ensure timely delivery of project requirements.

* Conduct site visits when required to ensure alignment between approved designs and actual execution.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural design software.

* Strong knowledge of construction materials, detailing, and building standards.

* Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary Range: start from 1500$
