Job Opportunity | Corporate Sales Manager
Darjah Recruitment Services is looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead B2B sales activities, acquire new corporate clients, and drive business growth by promoting the company's Recruitment and HR Services.
Location: Baghdad – Al-Mansour
Working Days: Sunday – Thursday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: 2,000,000 IQD + 3,000,000 IQD Monthly Target Achievement Bonus
Total Monthly Salary: 5,000,000 IQD
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, target, and acquire potential corporate clients.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's client base.
3. Promote and sell Darjah's Recruitment and HR Services.
4. Build strong business relationships with company owners, CEOs, HR Managers, and key decision-makers.
5. Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
6. Manage the complete B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.
7. Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
8. Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing clients.
9. Identify new market opportunities and potential business partnerships.
10. Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
2. Proven experience in acquiring corporate clients and closing business deals.
3. Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and closing skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
5. Results-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
6. Experience in Recruitment, HR Services, or Professional Services is highly preferred.
7. Good command of English is preferred.
8. Good knowledge of the Baghdad corporate and business market.
