Qasr Al Maraya Travel & Tourism is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer service team in Baghdad.

Salary: start with 850.000 IQD

The Role:

Overseeing daily customer service operations, managing team performance and shift coverage, handling escalated cases, and ensuring consistent service quality across all channels.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years in customer service or call center operations, including team supervision

Solid understanding of service KPls, escalation handling, and performance reporting

Proficiency in CRM systems

Experience in travel, ticketing, or hotel reservations is a strong advantage
