MASAR | Recruitment & HR Solutions is pleased to announce a job opportunity with one of our clients operating in the construction equipment and heavy machinery sector for the position of:
Sales Engineer
Job Details
* Location: Iraq
* Salary: USD 1,200 per month
* Nationality: Iraqi nationality is preferred / required as per company policy.
Job Summary
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting construction equipment and heavy machinery products. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills, with previous experience in the construction equipment or heavy machinery sector being a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
* Promote and present construction equipment and heavy machinery products.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
* Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales opportunities.
* Conduct client visits and maintain regular communication with customers.
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* Coordinate with internal and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Previous experience in sales, preferably as a Sales Engineer.
* Experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or related industries is highly preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
* Good understanding of the Iraqi market.
* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
