Location: Baghdad – Al-Rusafa Work Type: Full-time, Field-Based Salary: IQD 1,200,000, reaching up to IQD 2,800,000 upon achieving sales targets, with potential additional bonuses.

Job Overview:

Darjah Recruitment Services is hiring a Sales Supervisor on behalf of a global mobile phone company. The role involves supervising sales representatives and promoters, monitoring field performance, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

1–3 years of supervisory experience in mobile phone sales, or at least 3 years in FMCG sales management.

Proven experience managing field sales teams.

Fluency in English.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel and work in the field.

Owning a car and having strong relationships with mobile phone retailers are advantages.
