Job Title: Graphic Designer Gender: Female Location: Baghdad Employment Type: Full-time - Part time
About the Role
Produce brand creatives and localized content for Savana's Iraq market, including social media and offline event design, short video editing, and analysis of local trends and audience preferences, providing creative content and localization ideas that suit the Iraqi market.
Requirements
• Experience in social media graphic design and short video editing.
• Familiar with the content formats and popular trends of Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Familiar with the local culture, consumer behavior and social media environment of Iraq.
• Able to propose practical creative ideas from a local market perspective.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalent design and editing tools.
• Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking, execution and time management skills, and able to complete weekly tasks on schedule.
Key Responsibilities: Image Design and Production
• Design social media images, product promotion creatives, and online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Ensure visuals align with Savana's brand style and include local creative elements suited to the Iraqi market.
Video Editing
• Edit and produce short videos for Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Create appealing short fashion videos in line with local trends.
• Adjust video rhythm, openings, subtitles and editing style to suit each platform.
Local Trends and Audience Analysis
• Follow Iraqi fashion trends, social media hotspots, competitor activity and user behavior.
• Analyze the aesthetic preferences, content interests and consumption trends of the local target audience.
• Submit a weekly trend report covering local trends and popular content, audience interests and preferences, competitor content and strong examples, and creative suggestions for the coming week.
