بكالوريوس في العمارة أو التخطيط الحضري، خبرة سابقة، إتقان AutoCAD

We’re Hiring | Urban Design Engineer

📍 Location: Iraq, Baghdad

🏢 Company: Harmonic for Construction

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop urban design concepts, master plans, and site layouts.

* Analyze land use, circulation, and public spaces.

* Prepare urban design drawings, plans, and presentations.

* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.

* Ensure designs align with project requirements and planning standards.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.

* Strong knowledge of urban design principles and site planning.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software; GIS knowledge is an advantage.

* Strong analytical, design, and communication skills.

* Previous experience and a portfolio of relevant projects are preferred.
