Company: – vasa Flower Distribution

Location: Baghdad, Iraq

Flowercom is seeking a motivated and organized female CRM & Telesales Officer to support customer relationships, manage CRM records, and drive sales through effective customer follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.

Contact flower shops to introduce products, communicate offers, and generate orders.

Follow up with existing customers, potential leads, and pending orders.

Record calls, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules accurately.

Coordinate with field sales representatives and warehouse staff regarding product availability and deliveries.

Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, leads, orders, and customer follow-ups.

Requirements:

Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or CRM is preferred.

Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Ability to work toward sales targets and maintain professional customer relationships.

Good Arabic communication skills.

Monthly Salary: IQD 650,000–750,000.
