Darjah HR Services is hiring on behalf of one of its clients, a company specialized in Restaurant Management and Operations.
Position: Operations Manager
Location: Al-Mansour, Dirag District, Baghdad
Working Days: 6 days per week, 1 day off
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Salary: IQD 2,000,000 – 2,500,000 per month
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee restaurant operations, lead teams, establish efficient operational systems, and improve overall business performance, productivity, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Manage restaurant teams, supervisors, and employees, ensuring clear responsibilities and accountability.
Develop and implement operational plans and procedures aligned with business objectives.
Monitor restaurant performance, sales, productivity, and operational costs.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and service quality standards.
Manage inventory, stock availability, and food waste control.
Identify and resolve operational challenges and improve overall efficiency.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of operational and sales targets.
Prepare periodic operational reports and coordinate with senior management.
Support business development, restaurant expansion, and operational improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in restaurant management and operations.
Previous experience in Fast Food or Fine Dining restaurant operations is required.
Experience in managing company operations, developing administrative systems, and leading teams.
Proven ability to improve business performance, productivity, and sales.
Good understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, inventory, and cost control.
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities and hold teams accountable.
Iraqi nationality preferred; other Arab nationalities may be considered.
