Diploma Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field, Prior experience in service advising, or equipment

Position Title: Service Advisor

Location: 8km Kirkuk Road, Erbil, Iraq

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect machines and document their condition before and after service.

• Create and manage job cards, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.

• Monitor job progress and follow up until completion.

• Communicate with customers regarding service requirements, estimates, and approvals.

• Verify equipment warranty status and coordinate with warranty administrator to process warranty claims accurately.

• Ensure all warranty service cases are properly documented and submitted.

• Ensure timely invoicing and job closure.

• Track and monitor mobile equipment, including TMS (Telematics Monitoring System) controllers.

• Follow up on scheduled maintenance and ensure compliance.

• Check active fault codes and coordinate with technicians for resolution.

• Verify machine location, maintenance status, and overall health.

• Prepare and submit reports, including: Job completion reports and Invoice reports

• Maintain accurate service records in the company’s administrative system.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field.

• Prior experience in service advising, or equipment maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment/machinery and warranty processes.

• Proficiency in service management software (ERP, TMS, or similar).

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
