Job Vacancy – #Engineering_Coordinator
Department: #Calibration & #Inspection
Location: #Erbil, #Iraq
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Saturday – Thursday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
We are seeking an Engineering Coordinator to join our Calibration & Inspection Department in Erbil.
The role focuses on coordinating the engineering team, following up on daily activities, managing emails and phone calls, and supporting the planning and organization of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up with the Calibration & Inspection team on daily activities.
- Manage and respond to work-related emails and phone calls.
- Prepare and follow up on daily work plans and schedules.
- Coordinate tasks between team members and ensure timely completion.
- Support the department with administrative and coordination activities.
- Maintain clear communication with the team and follow up on pending tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in #Mechanical Engineering or #Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
- Candidates with less than an intermediate level in either language are requested not to apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Previous experience in coordination, engineering administration, or team follow-up is preferred.
- A proactive personality with a genuine interest in coordination and teamwork.
