Job Summary

URUK is seeking a confident, organized, and customer-oriented Commercial Coordinator to join its Digital Transformation Department in Baghdad.

The successful candidate will serve as the product expert at the Baghdad showroom and provide back-office support to the Sales Team. This role involves welcoming and assisting customers, delivering product demonstrations, preparing commercial proposals, following up with customers, and coordinating internal activities to ensure a smooth customer experience.

This position focuses on product knowledge, customer support, and sales coordination, with no individual sales target.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome showroom visitors and respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels.

Develop a strong understanding of the company's technical products and explain their features and benefits clearly.

Conduct product demonstrations for customers, including individual clients and corporate representatives.

Support the Sales Team in preparing quotations, commercial proposals, and related documentation.

Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, proposals, and pending requests.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses and smooth order processing.

Maintain accurate records of prices, documents, customer requests, and follow-up activities.

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring that all requests are followed through to completion.

Handle pricing, payment-related information, and stock details with accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to learn technical products quickly and explain them in simple, customer-friendly language.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Professional attitude, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Confidence in communicating with customers at different levels, from walk-in visitors to company managers.
