Job Opportunity – Senior Trainer

Darjah HR Services is hiring on behalf of one of its clients, a leading company in the smartphone industry, for the position of Senior Trainer.

Job Details

Location: Iraq – Field Based

Working Days: Saturday – Thursday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Travel: Frequent travel across Iraq

Salary: USD 1,000 – 1,500

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training programs for new and existing retail sales employees.

Adapt English training materials into practical Arabic content.

Coach sales teams on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer handling.

Conduct training sessions for new product launches.

Evaluate training effectiveness and monitor its impact on sales performance.

Visit stores across Iraq and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Experience in retail training, preferably in the mobile phone or electronics industry.

Experience delivering training sessions and coaching sales teams.

Good command of English and excellent Arabic communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Willingness to travel frequently across Iraq.
