WE’RE HIRING | FACTORY MANAGER

Location: Hillah, Iraq

HCD MENA is seeking a qualified Factory Manager to join our client’s team in Hillah.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth production processes.

Plan and monitor production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.

Supervise factory staff and coordinate workflow across departments.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, preferably in dirty industries.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Engineering degree preferred.

Jordanian or Egyptian nationality only.
