Account Manager – Erbil, Gazna

Full-Time | On-Site | Erbil, Iraq

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to maintain strong client relationships, ensure smooth service delivery, and resolve client issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships.

- Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints.

- Ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

- Resolve client issues and improve customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.

Requirements

- Fluency in Arabic, English, and Kurdish (spoken and written) is mandatory.

- Experience in account management, customer service, or client relations; delivery or logistics experience is preferred.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
