HR Manager

Erbil | Diri Al Nassir Security Services and Private Guards (DANSS)

DANSS is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee HR operations across its projects and branches. Qualified Iraqi and international candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and staff mobilization across project sites.

* Manage employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, and expatriate residency and work permits.

* Oversee payroll preparation and verification in coordination with the Finance Department.

* Develop HR policies and manage employee relations, performance management, and staff training.

* Maintain accurate HRMS/ERP records and prepare confidential management reports.

Requirements:

* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Relevant experience in HR management.

* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRMS/ERP systems.

* Excellent written and spoken English.

* Arabic or Kurdish language skills are an advantage.

* Experience in the security sector is an added advantage.
