Job Title: Senior Security Supervisor

Experience: +10 years

Location: Basra - Iraq

Job Summary:

The Senior Security Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing all security operations across project sites, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities. This includes managing security teams, access control procedures, surveillance and patrol activities, incident response, and emergency preparedness, while maintaining high standards of safety, discipline, and compliance with company policies and local regulations. This role is essential for ensuring a secure and controlled working environment in alignment with project requirements and timelines.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Experience: Experience of more than 10 years in security operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

Knowledge: Strong knowledge of site security procedures, access control, risk assessment, and emergency response.

Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Management: Ability to manage and train security teams and coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders.

Language: Fluent English is required, Arabic is essential.
