Location: Baghdad – Al-Qadisiyah

Employment Type: Full-time | On-Site | Flexible (Depending on the nature of the work)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: IQD 800,000 – 1,200,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

HR Standards is looking for a B2B Sales professional to join our team and contribute to expanding our client base and business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients and decision-makers.

• Generate new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.

• Contact companies through calls, LinkedIn, email, meetings, and networking.

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable HR Standards services.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

• Negotiate offers and support the closing of deals.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a related field.

• Experience dealing directly with companies and decision-makers.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Good understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

• Experience in HR services, recruitment, training, marketing, or professional services is a plus.
