الوصف الوظيفي
مسؤول عن إدارة القسم المخصص داخل متجر الملابس، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات، وقيادة فريق القسم، وضمان تطبيق معايير العرض وخدمة العملاء وسياسات R&B.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وتنظيم العمل اليومي داخل القسم.
- قيادة فريق القسم وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة الأداء.
- متابعة تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الخاصة بالقسم.
- متابعة وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء مثل Sales وUPT وConversion Rate وAverage Basket Value.
- متابعة توفر المنتجات والمقاسات والألوان وترتيبها داخل القسم.
- متابعة المخزون والاستلام والجرد وتنظيم المنتجات.
- تطبيق معايير العرض المرئي (VM) الخاصة بالعلامة التجارية.
- ضمان تنفيذ العروض والخصومات والحملات الموسمية داخل القسم.
- تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة ومعالجة ملاحظات العملاء.
- تدريب وتوجيه موظفي القسم لتحسين الأداء والمبيعات.
- متابعة الالتزام بالدوام والانضباط وسياسات الشركة.
- إعداد التقارير الخاصة بالمبيعات والأداء ورفعها للإدارة.
- المحافظة على ترتيب ونظافة القسم ومظهر المنتجات.
- المساهمة في تقليل الفاقد وتحقيق أهداف المتجر.
المتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين كـ Section Manager في مجال الملابس والأزياء.
- خبرة في إدارة فرق المبيعات داخل متاجر الملابس.
- معرفة جيدة بمؤشرات الأداء والمبيعات في قطاع الأزياء.
- خبرة في المخزون والجرد والعرض المرئي.
- مهارات جيدة في القيادة وإدارة الفريق.
- مهارات التواصل وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف.
- شهادة جامعية.
- الالتزام والانضباط والمرونة في العمل.

Job Description
Responsible for managing the assigned section within the clothing store, achieving sales targets, leading the section team, and ensuring compliance with visual merchandising, customer service, and R&B company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize daily operations within the assigned section.
- Lead the section team, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
- Follow up on section sales targets and performance.
- Monitor retail KPIs, including Sales, UPT, Conversion Rate, and Average Basket Value.
- Ensure product availability across sizes and colors and maintain proper product organization.
- Follow up on stock, receiving, inventory, and product organization.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
- Ensure proper implementation of promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer feedback.
- Train and guide section employees to improve sales and performance.
- Ensure compliance with attendance, discipline, and company policies.
- Prepare section sales and performance reports.
- Maintain section cleanliness, organization, and product presentation.
- Contribute to minimizing stock loss and achieving store targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Section Manager in fashion and clothing retail.
- Experience managing sales teams in clothing stores.
- Good knowledge of fashion retail KPIs and sales performance.
- Experience in stock management, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- University degree.
- High level of commitment, discipline, and flexibility.
