About the Role
Darjah Recruitment Services is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development efforts, acquire new corporate clients, and generate sales for our Recruitment and HR Services.
The role focuses on identifying potential companies, building strong business relationships, presenting Darjah’s HR solutions, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential corporate clients.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients.
Generate and manage B2B sales leads and opportunities.
Build relationships with business owners, HR managers, and key decision-makers.
Present and sell Darjah’s recruitment and HR services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Achieve assigned sales and client acquisition targets.
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients.
Monitor market opportunities and identify potential business leads.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, clients, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the recruitment and HR teams to understand and deliver client requirements.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales, B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
Proven experience in acquiring corporate clients and selling professional services.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain business relationships.
Results-oriented with strong client acquisition and sales skills.
Experience in recruitment, HR, or professional services is highly preferred.
Good command of English is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Baghdad business market and corporate sector is an advantage.
