Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in mechanical/automotive engineering (or a related field).

·2–3 years’ experience in aftersales or service advisory within the automotive sector.

·Strong communication skills (Kurdish, Arabic, and English)

·Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; DMS experience is a bonus.

·Excellent customer service, complaint handling, and problem-solving skills.

·Solid technical understanding of vehicles and repair processes.
