We’re Hiring | Sales Manager

📍 Baghdad – Harthiya, Iraq

Unimedica – Sub-dealers Sales Division

Unimedica is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop our Sub-dealers Sales operations in Iraq.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Sub-dealers Sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sub-dealers and key clients

- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

- Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical or laboratory field

- Previous experience in team management or sales supervision is highly preferred

- Strong knowledge of laboratory products such as Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, and Immunoassay systems

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

- Ability to analyze sales data and market performance

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Good command of English language

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and sales management systems is preferred
