Jibal is Hiring | E-Commerce Marketing Supervisor

JIBAL is looking for an E-Commerce Marketing Supervisor to join our Marketing team in Erbil and lead marketing activities across Iraq.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who understands the intersection of e-commerce, digital marketing, CRM, branding, and customer engagement and can turn ideas into measurable business results.

What you’ll be responsible for:

🔹 Lead e-commerce and digital marketing activities

🔹 Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches

🔹 Drive social media, SEO/SEM, online advertising, and content initiatives

🔹 Strengthen brand visibility and manage PR and media activities

🔹 Lead CRM initiatives to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty

🔹 Analyze market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and campaign performance

🔹 Coordinate with sales, product, customer service, agencies, and external partners

🔹 Supervise and develop junior marketing and CRM team members

🔹Monitor marketing budgets, ROI, and key performance indicators

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

- 4+ years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role

- Strong e-commerce and digital marketing experience

- Experience with CRM, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media, and e-commerce platforms

- Experience in electronics, technology, or consumer goods is an advantage

- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills

- Fluent in Arabic and English

- Willingness to travel between cities in Iraq when required
