Job Opportunity – Sales Engineer

🔹 About the Role

UES is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join the Pumps Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, managing technical and commercial proposals, and building strong long-term relationships with clients.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage customer accounts and generate new business opportunities.

Identify project opportunities from the initial stages through the tendering phase.

Prepare and manage technical and commercial proposals.

Assess customer needs and develop suitable solutions, even without formal RFQs.

Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with customers.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and technical presentations.

Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.

Represent the company in key customer meetings and identify potential business opportunities.

Contribute to long-term strategic partnerships and business growth.

Work collaboratively with the team and continuously improve based on feedback.

🔹 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 1 years of experience in machinery or industrial equipment sales.

Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Good command of English and Arabic.

Familiarity with commercial terms and conditions.

Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.

Strong outside-sales mentality with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
