Shift Leader for Coffee Shop Business

A coffee shop business is seeking a reliable and experienced Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, guide the team during working hours, and maintain a high standard of customer service and service quality.

📍 Location: Al-Bunook Baghdad.

💰 Salary: Starting From 750,000 IQD

🕒 Schedule: 10 hours, from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM

📅 Days Off:3 paid days off per month

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a coffee shop, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.

* Previous experience in shift leadership or team supervision is preferred.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.
