Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience.

Warehouse Manager | Baghdad / Al-Karkh

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage all daily operational and logistical warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, loading, and dispatching.

● Supervise, coordinate, and schedule daily operations for warehouse teams, coordinators, workers, and distribution drivers to ensure high productivity and a safe working environment.

● Enforce strict compliance with First Expired, First Out (FEFO) inventory management principles to preserve product quality and prevent losses.

● Ensure full adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Storage Practice (GSP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and HSE standards.

● Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to support internal and external audits and promptly address any operational deviations.

● Monitor and maintain required storage environmental conditions, including temperature, humidity, and cold room standards.

● Oversee stock integrity through regular cycle counts and annual inventory audits in coordination with Finance, ensuring system accuracy in ERP/WMS.

● Manage distribution route scheduling with drivers to ensure timely, safe delivery of shipments, verifying the readiness of temperature-controlled transport units.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, ,Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical sector.

● Proven track record in leading and managing multi-functional operational and field teams.

● Solid knowledge of GSP / GDP standards, SOP compliance, and occupational health and safety regulations.

● High proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.

● Advanced command of English and Arabic.

● Strong leadership, operational planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
