Logistics & Fleet Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Fleet Maintenance Manager to manage the company’s logistics operations, vehicle fleet, transportation, and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate logistics, transportation, and fleet operations according to business requirements.

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, inspection, registration, and insurance of all company vehicles.

• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to ensure vehicle safety, reliability, and availability.

• Supervise drivers and logistics staff, including schedules, vehicle assignments, and performance.

• Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance costs, vehicle utilization, and fleet performance.

• Coordinate with workshops, suppliers, and service providers for vehicle repairs, spare parts, and maintenance services.

• Maintain accurate records of vehicles, maintenance, fuel, repairs, and related documents.

• Prepare regular reports and KPIs on fleet performance, costs, downtime, and logistics activities.
