We’re Hiring: Project Manager – High-Rise Buildings

📍 Location: Baghdad, Iraq

🏗️ Project: 3 high rise buildings

📋 Scope: Full operational & structural oversight of three multi-story buildings

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead site execution, budget tracking, and structural handovers for the project from ground-up to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Site Leadership: Direct daily site operations, structural progress, and subcontractor performance across 3 blocks.

Cost & Budget Control: Oversee project cash flows, reconcile site expenses, and approve monthly subcontractor payments.

Quality Assurance: Enforce strict QA/QC standards for structural concrete, waterproofing protocols, sub-floor screeds, and high-end finishes.

Reporting: Maintain clear project schedules, progress trackers, and executive updates.

Requirements

Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management.

Experience: 8+ years in construction management, with proven success leading

Languages: Kurdish, Arabic; English (Turkish is a strong plus).
