Mechanical Engineering Department Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Department Manager to lead and supervise the Mechanical Engineering Department and ensure the successful execution of mechanical engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the mechanical engineering team and coordinate daily engineering activities.

• Review mechanical designs, drawings, technical documents, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Prepare and review technical reports and provide engineering support and recommendations to management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Engineering.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position is preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is required.
