Job Title: [Customer and Translation Operations Coordinator] Location: [BAGHDAD, Zayouna] Employment Type: [Contract-based - 2 Months - On-Site]

We are looking for an individual to support NCT's Customer and Translation Operations Coordination temporarily.

The role will ensure that customer requests are properly received, organized, assigned, followed up on, and delivered within the expected timeframe.

The position will also coordinate the translation workflow between customers and translators, ensuring smooth movement of requests from: customer inquiry → translation → quality/processing → package preparation → delivery back to the customer

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support Communicate with customers through WhatsApp and phone calls. Receive, understand, and follow up on customer translation requests. Keep customers informed about the progress and completion of their requests. Ensure that customer interactions reflect NCT's expected customer experience.

Translator Coordination Manage incoming translation requests and tickets through Notion. Assign translation requests to appropriate translators. Coordinate task distribution among translators. Follow up on ongoing translation requests and deadlines. Monitor request progress and identify delays or blockers. Coordinate the preparation and ordering of translation packages. Follow up on completed requests until they are ready for delivery. Ensure requests are updated and documented properly in the system.

Requirements: Experience in translation services. Strong communication skills. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate professionally with customers and service providers. Familiarity with Notion or similar task-management systems.
