MARKETING MANAGER | Erbil

Donut World is looking for a creative and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing activities, brand presence, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

* 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in Hospitality, F&B, Restaurants, Cafés, or Retail

* Plan and execute monthly content calendars, marketing campaigns, product launches, and events

* Manage social media platforms and develop engaging content strategies (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google)

* Strong experience in content creation, social media management, content planning, photography, with basic video editing/design skills

* Manage digital advertising, influencers, and brand partnerships

* Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, and marketing ROI

* Good understanding of the Kurdistan market and local consumer trends

* Creative, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment

* Strong communication skills; English and Kurdish/Arabic are preferred
