WE ARE HIRING | Account Manager

C.Agency is looking for a professional and organized Account Manager to join our team in Baghdad.

We’re looking for someone who can build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, coordinate with the internal team, and ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the main point of contact between clients and the agency.

* Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and follow up on requests.

* Receive and organize client briefs and ensure clear communication with the team.

* Coordinate with the Marketing, Creative, Content, Design, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.

* Follow up on tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and project progress.

* Keep clients updated on project status and communicate any changes or delays.

* Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed according to the agreed timeline.

* Review deliverables before sharing them with clients and ensure they meet the brief.

* Manage client feedback and coordinate revisions with the relevant team members.

* Maintain organized records of client requests, approvals, feedback, and project updates.

* Identify potential issues and communicate them proactively to the relevant team.

* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.

* Support the team in maintaining client satisfaction and smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Project Coordination, or a related field.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

* Strong understanding of client servicing and agency workflows.

* Ability to coordinate effectively with creative and marketing teams.

* Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

* Ability to handle client feedback professionally and efficiently.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and project management tools.

* Previous experience in a marketing or advertising agency is a strong advantage.

📍 Baghdad | Full-time

💰 Salary 800,000 IQD to 1,500,000 IQD based on experience & qualifications
