Roles

• Community Liaison Supervisor

• Community Liaison Officer

Responsibilities

• Community liaison and interface

• Stakeholder engagement and relationship building

• Grievance handling and follow-up

• Community risk monitoring

• Social performance reporting

Profile

• Experience in community or stakeholder engagement

• Strong local networks and credibility in Kirkuk / Northern Iraq

• Confident handling of grievances and sensitive community issues

• Fluent in Kurdish and Arabic (English an advantage)

• Good knowledge of Kirkuk and its communities
