About Us:

Mesopotamian Medical Group is a leading medical management and healthcare services company based in Baghdad. We are looking for a performance-driven Social Media Specialist / Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and scale our digital marketing presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).

Manage day-to-day social media operations, content scheduling, and page engagement.

Analyze campaign metrics (CPL, ROAS, Engagement, CTR) and deliver regular performance reports.

Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ad creatives, video reels, and copy.

A/B test target audiences, ad formats, and messaging to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Media Buyer / Meta Ads Specialist with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.

Solid experience in Social Media Page Management and audience growth strategies.

Medical / Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred.

In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Custom Audiences, Lookalikes, and Meta Pixel/API setup.

Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication and time-management skills.
