Fabuela Brunch & Cafe is looking for an Operations Executive / Branch Manager to join us at our branch in Baghdad- Al Dawoodi (males applicants only)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and workshop services.

- Manage inventory, stock control, POS accuracy, and ensure efficient storage and minimal wastage.

- Handle daily financial administration, including cash reconciliation, payroll coordination, and supplier payments.

- Lead and support the team through scheduling, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and hygiene standards.

- Ensure the café maintains high operational standards, including cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and an excellent guest experience.

- Monitor operational performance and prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, attendance, and other key business metrics.

Salary: 900,000 - 1,250,000 IQD
